Live music shows abound at the outdoor stage of Guero's and nightly sets at the legendary Continental Club just a few blocks away. An electric bike or scooter will get around the immersive South Congress neighborhood if you don't feel like walking, and ride shares are available within 5 minutes.

This is an apartment building. There is no concierge or place to leave your luggage before/after checking in/out.
No parties. No more than 4 guests are permitted.
Pool hours are 11a - 9p. No towels are provided.
Quiet Hours: 11pm - 6am. Fines will be incurred if this is not respected.
Please be respectful of your neighbord regarding loud noises in apartment and hallway.
Pets Allowed - $30 fee will be charged (tossed to our cleaning crew). 2 max. Must be well behaved, quiet, & potty trained. Patio is not to be used as a bathroom. Pets are not permitted on any furniture (including bed). Additional cleaning fees will be charged for any stains/smells/crazy amounts of fur.
